When processed, the images will be available at a secured internet location, the address/URL of which will be shared ONLY to you. All our editors are working under a strict non-disclosure agreement. Our operational infrastructure setup is protected by firewall for both inbound and outbound security and the latest antivirus protection in every computer and server.
Moreover, the flash drives and internet are also disabled in all our editor’s computers. The images are downloaded/uploaded and controlled only by our production manager.
We normally keep a backup of the processed image files in our server for 15 days after which they are deleted automatically. No copies of the files are kept in our editor’s computers after the images are delivered.
